En massage appliquez l'huile de la nuque à la pointe des pieds en prolongeant le massage au niveau des zones tendues. Dans le bain versez l'huile dans une eau chaude à 37°C, pour un bain lacté.
Déconseillé pour les enfants moins de 6 ans, femmes enceintes et allaitantes.
